Welcome to Asian iDatingZone. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Asian iDatingZone ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using our website located at idatingzone.com and all associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. Definitions & Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Platform - The website idatingzone.com, including all pages, features, tools, and services operated by Asian iDatingZone.
• User - Any individual who accesses or browses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• Member - A User who has completed the registration process and holds an active account on the Platform.
• Content - All text, images, photographs, profile information, messages, and any other material uploaded, posted, or transmitted through the Platform by Users or Members.
• Services - All functionalities provided by the Platform, including but not limited to profile creation, browsing, messaging, video chat, translation tools, and cultural matching features.
• Subscription - A paid plan granting access to premium features beyond the free tier, as described on our pricing page.

Where context requires, singular terms include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must meet the following requirements to use Asian iDatingZone:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age to register, access, or use any part of the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide such proof may result in immediate account termination.
• One account per person: Each individual is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts, including for the purpose of circumventing a suspension or ban, is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of your profile at all times. Misrepresentation of identity, age, location, or relationship status constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

In compliance with U.S. federal and state regulations regarding age verification on dating platforms, we implement verification measures consistent with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements and applicable state-level age verification laws.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Asian iDatingZone is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful environment for all Members. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or threatening conduct toward any User or Member.
• Creating fake, misleading, or impersonating profiles.
• Engaging in fraud, romance scams, phishing, or any deceptive activity designed to obtain money or personal information from other Members.
• Posting or transmitting content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence.
• Sharing sexually explicit content without the express consent of all depicted individuals.
• Using the Platform for commercial solicitation, advertising, or promotional purposes without prior written authorization from us.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, Platform systems, or databases.
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from the Platform.
• Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, and - where applicable - referral to law enforcement authorities.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property associated with the Platform - including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, software, algorithms, text, graphics, and compilations - is the exclusive property of Asian iDatingZone or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

By uploading Content to the Platform, you grant Asian iDatingZone a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. You retain ownership of your Content and may remove it at any time by deleting it from your profile or closing your account.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We make no warranties or guarantees regarding match outcomes, relationship success, or the conduct of any Member.
• Asian iDatingZone operates as a venue for facilitating introductions between Users. We are not a matchmaking guarantor and do not conduct background checks on Members unless otherwise stated.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Members. We encourage you to review our Dating Safety Tips before meeting anyone in person.

6. Account Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Conduct that we reasonably determine to be harmful to other Members or to the Platform's integrity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Extended inactivity exceeding 24 months.
• At our sole discretion, where we believe such action is necessary to protect the safety of our community.

Your right to terminate: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Upon account deletion, your profile and Content will be removed from public view within 30 days. Certain data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy to comply with legal obligations.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal resolution: Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

Binding arbitration: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, or remotely at the arbitrator's discretion. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email notification and a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days prior to the effective date of the updated Terms. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue use and delete your account before the new Terms take effect.
